GODLANDS (by David Kellas) Installation...

Welcome to one of the best maps that Generals fans will ever have the priviledge of playing.

Installation:
Simply copy the entire contents of the "GodLands" folder (this means everything you just downloaded, (including this document) into your Command and Conquer Generals "Maps" folder (commonly found in the "My Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data\" folder).

Important Notice: Sometimes newbies extract the GodLands.zip file into "GodLands\GodLands\" folder, if you put this folder into the Generals map directory it will not work, you must extract the "contents" of the GodLands.zip into the map directory, it should only have one "GodLands\" folder and inside that folder should be 3 files "GodLands.map, GodLands.tga and GodLands.str" and another folder entitled "GodLands Documentation" and it should look something like this "My Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data\Maps\GodLands\GodLands Documentation" and NOT like "My Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data\Maps\GodLands\GodLands\".

That's all, don't doubt yourself, just copy the GodLands folder (the one you just downloaded and are looking in), into the directory stated above...

Click on the "GodLands Instructions.htm" file for map features, game strategy, the Storyline and Pictures of the map...

It is a condition of use that you never separate the GodLands folder or any of it's contents or alter them in any way whatsoever, even if you are given my express permission to do so. 

You are not authorised to distribute this map unless it is accompanied with all documentation supplied including this text document.
